Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Wingman CX Network website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Wingman CX Network provides operational support, onboarding guidance, technical readiness assistance, and administrative services for independent customer service professionals who use the Arise Platform.
3. Independent Contractor Status
All service providers engaged through Wingman CX Network operate as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship between you and Wingman CX Network, Arise Virtual Solutions, or any client company.
4. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in your jurisdiction as an independent contractor, and meet all technical and background screening requirements.
5. Fees and Payment
Service fees are disclosed transparently during the application process. Fees are deducted from gross earnings and are only collected when you have active service revenue. Payment is processed bi-monthly via direct deposit.
6. Confidentiality
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client information, proprietary processes, and any data accessed during service delivery. This obligation survives termination of your engagement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Wingman reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or failure to meet performance standards.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wingman CX Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
